Warm-up
- 500/400m Row
- 10 Push-ups
- 10 Kip Swings
- 20 Air Squats

Strength
Power Clean + Power Jerk:
- 12 minute EMOM
- 2+1 @ 70%

Conditioning

- 5 Handstand Push-ups
- 10 Wall Balls
