Warm-up
- 10 Burpees
- 10 Single Leg Romanian Deadlifts (each side)
- 10 Goblet Squats
- 5-10 Strict Chin-ups

Strength
Front Squat:
- Every 1:30 x 5 sets
- 1x5 @ 60%, 2x5 @ 65%, 2x5 @ 70%
